This field as 3 acres for the dogs to explore. The parking is in the field, so simply arrive, undo the combination padlock (the code for this will be in your booking confirmation email), drive into the field and park. Close the gate and lock the padlock and then you can let your dogs out.

Please note that this field has one boundary that can be seen from the road. Although this is a very quiet rural lane it is possible that other dog walkers, horse riders, cyclists and the odd vehicle might pass by. So, if you have a dog/s who are reactive to the aforementioned, it would be better for them if you booked Buttercup Field.

The field is mainly open grass, with ditches around the perimeter. The grass is left long in some areas and mown in others. We maintain an area of shorter grass in this field to allow plenty of space for games with your dogs, whether that might be chasing a ball, frisbee or any other toys your dog enjoys.

There are two ponds in Willow, both are natural and are fed by run off from the surrounding fields and ditches. The larger of the two ponds is at the front of the field closest to the small lane the field is situated on. This pond is gated off, so you have the choice whether to use it or not. The smaller pond is within the main field and not fenced off.

We check the water quality regularly to ensure it is safe for dogs. There is usually duck weed present on the surface of both ponds. Rest assured this is completely safe and will not harm your dogs. However, some dogs don’t realise its not grass and can inadvertently try to walk on it! Therefore, if you’re unsure whether your dog can swim be hyper vigilant when they are close to the ponds.

There is a drinking water tap within the field and a small paddling pool. There is also a field shelter which comes in handy should there be a sudden downpour. The poo bin is situated in the car park area. Please ensure you pick up after your dog to ensure the field stays clean for all users.

When leaving Willow Field please ensure that you close and lock the gate behind you.

Perfect for….all dogs, but especially those that enjoys games and water fun.
