Please read the following and ensure you comply with them all
Field users do so at their own risk. No responsibility can be taken for any incidents within the field. Vehicles and contents are left at the owner's risk.
Entering and leaving the field
• Please do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your session start time. If you do and another vehicle is in the car park and, or the gate is closed DO NOT enter the car park. Wait with your dogs in the vehicle until the previous user leaves the car park.
• The maximum speed limit on School Road is 60mph, please be aware of other vehicles, pedestrians and horses. This is a single track road with very few passing places. Please drive carefully....30mph is still fast for this road!
• Please do not get dogs out of vehicles until the previous session user has finished and safely loaded their animals.
• Please do not exercise your dog outside the secure field.
• Please make sure the dog walking field gate is closed and locked immediately upon entering and leaving the field.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please do not climb on fencing or gates.
• Please ensure you have your dog(s) back in your vehicle 5 minutes before the end of your session.

Scoop your own poop policy
• Please provide your own BIODEGRADABLE poo bags and place contents in the bin provided.
• Due to the nature of the field it is possible you might not see where your dog has pooped. If you do happen across a poo that someone else has missed pick it up, hopefully by doing this we can keep the field in a clean condition for all users.
Litter
• Do not drop litter anywhere, please take it home to dispose of it.
• Please put all dog waste in the bin provided by the entrance gate.
• All dogs using the field must be wormed and have all vaccinations up to date or have been titre tested.
• If you're dog is ill please re-schedule your session.
• Your dogs must be supervised at all times.
• If you are bringing more than 8 dogs there must be a minimum of two handlers
Cancellation Policy
• No extension is allowed for late arrival to the field.
• No refunds are given for no-show to session booking.
• We reserve the right to close the field at any time, for which a full refund will be given. Cancellation will be notified to the field user/booker.
• Cancellations of bookings will not be refunded.
• A booked slot can be rescheduled up to 48hrs in advance of the booking.
Banned Breeds - following XL Bully Legislation
Banned breeds are allowed to use the field as long as they and their owners follow the rules below. We now require:
• The owner to hold a government exemption certificate for the dog.
• The owner to hold valid liability insurance for the dog.
• The dog to be neutered and microchipped.
• A handler to dog ratio of at least one to one.
• No socialisation of banned breeds with other dogs unless they have been previously acquainted with no aggression history.
• A lead and muzzle to be worn at all times when entering and exiting the field, until the gate is securely closed and the owner has checked that the fence will contain their dog under all circumstances. A muzzle should be worn at all times in the field.
•Dogs must remain securely in vehicles until previous users have left the car park.
If any of these conditions are not met and you break the law, we will not be able to allow you to book again.
Willow Field
In addition to the other terms and conditions, the following points apply when booking and using Willow field:
• There are no lifeguards on duty and the use of the pond is entirely at the hirer(s) / client(s) own risk. It is the responsibility of the hirer(s) / client(s) to ensure the safety of all people and dogs within their group. The owners of Suffolk Run Free will not be held responsible for any client or pet during the hire of Willow Field.
• The pond is for dogs' use only. There is to be no human swimming or bathing under any circumstances.
• Please familiarise yourself with the pond depth information on the signs in the field as well as the location of the pond safety equipment before letting your dogs use the area.
• Pond safety equipment must only be used in an emergency and must be replaced on the hooks prior to vacating the field to ensure the safety of future users.
• Children must not be left unaccompanied in the field or let out of visual sight due to possible risks of drowning.
• The bridge may be slippery when wet so please take care when using the area.
• Please bring appropriate slip resistant footwear when visiting as weather conditions may vary.
• Under no circumstances is a dog to be thrown into the pond or forced against their will to swim. We will not tolerate any mistreatment of dogs that impacts on their safety or wellbeing within the field.
