The field can be used in the dark, however, it is strongly advised to make a first visit during daylight hours.

Cancellation Policy – If the user arrives late, the booking cannot be extended.
Bookings are non-transferable. The person making the booking must be present and must ensure that anyone else attending is made aware of and adheres to the Terms and Conditions.
Buttercup Field
There is no parking in the field.
You can only park in the car park, this is gated and securely fenced.
No parking on School Road, all parking must be in the designated parking area.
DO NOT enter the car park if the gate is closed. A closed car park gate indicates that the field is in use
All vehicles and contents are left entirely at the owners risk.
Willow Field
Parking is in the field.
The gate will be locked at all times.
Wait in the field gate way opposite the entrance if you arrive early for your slot.
DO NOT open the gate if there is someone in the field.
All vehicles and contents are left entirely at the owners risk.
Maintenance:
The hirer must bring their own biodegradable poo bags and clean up after their dog/s.
Suffolk Run Free will provide a poo bin.
The Suffolk Run Free Team will inspect the fields and fencing daily to maintain security but please notify a member of the Team if you have any concerns.
During winter months the field may be muddy.
Users must inspect the field to ensure that it is suitable for use by their dog/s, fence height etc.
Code of Ethics:
Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not allowed.
Harsh handling of dogs, either verbal or physical is not allowed.
To ensure safety and security standards, dog trainers working with their clients will only be allowed by prior arrangement.

Your dog and any other pets in your household do not show any signs of being unwell. If any of your household pets show signs of illness, you will reschedule your booking.
All dogs using the field are known to each other and are already socialised with each other.
If you are booking the field for 10 to 12 dogs there must be a minimum of two adults with the dogs.
It is the responsibility of those using the field to allow time at the end of their session to get their dog/s on lead and off the field before the next client is due.
Dogs must be back in the car at least 5 minutes before the end of the session to allow time for the next dogs to enter at their allotted time.
Dogs must remain in the owner’s vehicle until the previous users have left the field.
Any owners who cannot reload their dogs must inform the management.
Users must ensure that the field entry gate is securely closed and locked whilst using the field.
Owners will not allow their dog to dig, and will fill in any holes so dug.
Children:
Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please do not let children climb on any gates or fences.
Data:
We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. The information is not used for any other purpose or shared to
any other parties.
Use of the field means that the user accepts all the terms and conditions.
The user is responsible for all safety aspects of Suffolk Run Free fields prior to, during or subsequent to the hire period and must accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death howsoever or by whomsoever caused, whether to property or persons sustained by any person in the Suffolk Run Free fields.
